Through Tecnoplanta, a renowned company in the field of seedlings production, we started producing olive seedlings in the city of Barra do Ribeiro/RS in 2011, and consequently planting our first olive groves in that region.

With the acquisition of an olive grove already producing in the city of Caçapava do Sul/RS in the following year, we managed to advance our project of olive oil production, having in 2013 our first harvest produced and sold under the Prosperato brand.

​

In this short period of elaboration of olive oils in Brazil, Prosperato is already known for presenting to the market a high quality olive oil, truly extra virgin, having obtained several national and international awards.

​

With this, it has been possible to reap the fruit of the efforts made in the last years, which motivates us more and more to follow in this way of superior quality, from the olives harvested in the field to the olive oil in the table of our consumers.
